1. PRICES - We will maintain printed prices as long as possible.  However, if unavoidable cost increases are incurred, we do reserve the right to charge the prices prevailing at the time of dispatch, and will notify you accordingly. You have the right to cancel the order at that time.
2. TERMS OF PAYMENT - Strictly prior to dispatch only.

4. TITLE - Title to the goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods have been paid for in full.
5. HANDLING – A minimal Handling charge will be added to all orders. All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
6. CLAIMS, SHORTAGES - Notification of damage or shortages must be made to All Pro Sports as soon as possible and certainly within 7 days of receipt of goods. Notification of non-delivery must be made within 14 days of invoice date.
7. DESCRIPTIONS - We are careful to ensure that descriptions and photographs correctly represent the products available. As it is our policy to continually improve products, methods and materials, we reserve the right to change specifications from time to time. We will not make any significant variations without your agreement. Goods sold at discount prices as remnants, discontinued products, or as sub-standard stock will be identified and will be stated to be sold as such.
